Our contractors will visit your home within 10 business days of receiving your Connection Application. They will check for cross-connections, then install, connect and switch on your new sustainable recycled water and sewage system. This will take several hours. The homeowner or builder will need to allow access to the site and dwelling for our contractors.

Connections are done on a first come first served basis and are weather dependent. Connections will not take place in wet weather conditions for safety reasons.

Make sure you fill out the Connection Application form.

A Connection Certificate, will be issued once your home is connected. This certificate proves you are connected to water and sewage. It will be required by Council or your private certifier in order for an occupancy certificate to be issued before you can move in.
