I am selling my property. Do I need to disconnect the water?
Flow Systems does not disconnect or reconnect the water supply when you buy or sell a property. Your conveyancer must contact us to arrange your final bill and set up an account in the new owners name. You will remain the account holder until such time as the new purchaser has set up an account.
It can take up to eight weeks from settlement for ownership details to be finalised. Please ensure you complete the Moving out Form and advise your conveyancing solicitor to contact us for further information on 1300 803 803.
